Thank you for helping us test our game! This Beta Agreement is between you and Krypsis Syndicate (“Krypsis” or “we” or “us”). Please read this agreement before you start – by using the beta, you agree to this agreement’s terms.

  1. NON-COMMERCIAL USE
    You can use this beta version of the game (the “Game”) only for your own personal testing and enjoyment. You agree that you are not allowed to use the Game for any business or commercial purpose. This stipulation is not meant to prevent content creators form creating content and publishing it to social media platforms, and such use is explicitly permitted.
  2. OWNERSHIP
    The Game and all related content are owned by Krypsis Syndicate. You do not have any ownership rights in the Game or its content, and your use of the beta does not give you any rights to the Game except as described in this agreement.
  3. DISTRIBUTION AND REVERSE ENGINEERING
    You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or try to copy the Game’s source code or other proprietary information.
  4. OPTIONAL FEEDBACK AND EVALUATION
    We would appreciate hearing your thoughts, feedback, suggestions, and any bug reports, but giving this feedback is completely up to you. You can send any feedback, suggestions, or bug reports to support@krypsissyndicate.com. If you do send us feedback, you agree that Krypsis Syndicate can use it in any way, for any purpose, without paying you or crediting you.
  5. NO GUARANTEE OF FINAL VERSION
    You agree that Krypsis Syndicate doesn’t make any promise there will be a final or commercial version of the Game, or that you will get access to it if there is one.
  6. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
    This is a beta test version of the Game, so it might have bugs or not work as expected. By using the beta, you agree that we’re not responsible for any problems, data loss, or damages that might happen.
  7. TERMINATION
    We can end your access to the beta at any time, for example if you break the terms of this Agreement, or when the testing period ends. If that happens, you agree to delete the Game from your device.
  8. LEGAL
    This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Ohio. Any disputes related to this agreement, or your use of the Game beta will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Columbus, Ohio, and both you and Krypsis Syndicate agree to those courts’ jurisdiction.

If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest will still apply. We last updated this Agreement on July 27th, 2025

We may make further updates from time to time, which will be reflected in the latest version posted on the Service.
