What does this Privacy Policy cover?
We are Krypsis Syndicate (“Krypsis”, “we”, or “us”). This Privacy Policy applies to “Necro Siege” video game software (we’ll refer to this as the “Service”).
What Information Do We Collect?
When you interact with us (such as when you provide feedback or report issues, you request or receive customer or technical support, and you sign up for communications (newsletters, updates, promotions)), we collect certain and process contact information you provide, such as your email address and name.
How Do We Share Your Information?
We may share certain personal data with service providers who help us operate and improve our Service, to process email newsletters, marketing and promotional emails, and other communications.
How long do we keep your data?
We only keep your personal data as long as it’s required to provide you with the Service. Sometimes a longer period might be required by law.

Our headquarters is in the United States.
No matter where you live, by using the Service you consent to the processing and transfer of your personal data in and to the United States. This processing will be under the privacy policies of third parties that we share personal data with.
